Some remote or outlying areas may experience longer delivery times or additional delivery charges.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel can be shipped again.
11. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If the parcel:

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, retain:

photographs of the parcel;

13. Split Shipments
